I am applying for HMRC to review the tax I’ve paid from my last 4 Tax Years and applying to have any overpaid tax paid back to me via Tax2u Ltd.

If you are due a tax return, Tax2u Ltd will charge 40% + vat of the total tax rebate or £40+vat per return, whatever is the highest amount. The minimum charge will be £40+vat for each return made and this charge will be deducted from the total rebate amount. If there is no tax rebate that there will be no charge from Tax2u Ltd.
If I am due a tax rebate, I claim and unconditionally assign repayment of the amount overpaid by me for 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24 to Tax2u Ltd. I authorise HMRC to disclose individual PAYE & SA Information to Tax2u Ltd (HMRC agent code: 2075SF)
